    HCWIB Spring Bazaar is a market featuring woman owned businesses in the Hill Country. This market gives you the opportunity to sell/promote your business to the public! This is a free event open to the public.  If you wish to have a booth at this event you must register by March 10, 2026. This event is outdoors.

    Salty and Sweet is located at the corner of Main Street and E. Blanco  Drive.

    Vendor Requirements and Information

    You must have 10X10 canopy or covering and your own table(s). Tables, chairs, and canopies will not be provided.  

    Set up a table with products to sell, samples, raffle(s), games and/or brochures. You must have something physical to sell, order(online), gift certificates, or a gift/giveaway from your business. Get creative and have fun!

    Set up time starting at 9:00 am (no later than 9:30 am). If you'd like to set up earlier than 9:00 am, please contact Stephani Risinger. 

    You will receive a vendor number after registration. Check in at the front door on the day of the event.

    No parking on site. You must park down by Old City Hall or behind The Chamber.

MEMBER MEETINGS are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Registration is $15 for members and guests.

WINE DOWN WEDNESDAYS are hosted by members the 2nd Wednesday of each month and provides plain ol' fun networking! Appetizers and wine are offered at no charge to attendees. There is a fee of $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Proceeds will be used to fund local charities. Our Philanthropy Committee thanks you!

*Non-members are welcome to attend one event annually and then membership is required.

RSVPs are required for all events to provide adequate time for meal prep, etc.
